Winzer Familie Gregor Schup

Winzerfamilie Gregor Schup has farmed the vineyards of Guntramsdorf in the Thermenregion for over 300 years. What began as a 1.5-hectare holding has grown to 30 hectares under Gregor V, with the sixth generation now active in the estate. The family owns the Eichkogel monopole, a UNESCO-recognised biosphere reserve with a unique microclimate, and specialises in both the indigenous varieties of the Thermenregion and Burgundy-inspired whites and reds shaped by French experience and local limestone soils.
