Some sparkling wines play it safe. This one does not.

The Riesling Brut Nature is as pure as sparkling wine gets. No added sugar, no softening, just Riesling doing exactly what it wants to do. Fresh apple and apricot on the nose, crisp and alive on the palate with fine bubbles and a clean finish that makes you want to go straight back in.

If most sparkling wine feels a little too sweet or a little too easy, this is the one for you. It is dry, precise and genuinely refreshing in a way that is hard to find in a glass of bubbles.

Pour it cold before dinner and let it do the talking.

Dr. Josef Köhr

Weingut Dr. Josef Köhr has farmed the same corner of the Pfalz since 1648, making it one of Germany's most historically rooted family estates. Under the current generation, red varieties now make up half the range, oak ageing has been extended, and a new Syrah signals a producer with one eye firmly on the future. Sixteen hectares at the foot of the Pfälzerwald, farmed with the confidence that comes from nearly 400 years of unbroken knowledge.
