Who said Sancerre is only for fresh summer evenings?

This wine is not your usual classic Sauvignon Blanc from Loire, it has been in the bottle since 2019 and it has aged beautifully turning all the fresh fruity aromas into a deliciously cooked winter pie just taken out of oven. The old vines have helped creating the complexity of the grape that allowed this long and elegant aging. It not only leaves a long finish but puts a mark in your memory that even days and years later you will remember its distinctive taste.
