Rosé done right.

Not sweet. Not serious. Just fresh, pink and exactly what you want when the sun is out or dinner needs a wine that works for everyone at the table.

Pour it and you get cherry, strawberry and a hint of red berries that smells like the beginning of summer. On the palate it is crisp, dry and light with a clean finish that makes you reach for another glass without thinking about it.

Made from Pinot Noir in the sunny Pfalz region of Germany. Served cold it is one of the most versatile bottles you can have in the fridge. Aperitif, salad, pasta, tapas, a terrace with good company. It fits everything.

At 12% it is light, easy and dangerously drinkable.

Dr. Josef Köhr

Weingut Dr. Josef Köhr has farmed the same corner of the Pfalz since 1648, making it one of Germany's most historically rooted family estates. Under the current generation, red varieties now make up half the range, oak ageing has been extended, and a new Syrah signals a producer with one eye firmly on the future. Sixteen hectares at the foot of the Pfälzerwald, farmed with the confidence that comes from nearly 400 years of unbroken knowledge.
