Grauburgunder is the flagship of Krispel. While Sauvignon Blanc gets the international attention and the trophy scores, it is Pinot Gris that defines this estate's identity and connects most deeply to the volcanic soils of Vulkanland Steiermark.

The Straden DAC Grauburgunder is the entry point into Krispel's Pinot Gris range, certified organic and made to express the character of the village rather than the individual vineyard. Ripe pear, yellow stone fruit and a light spice on the nose. Round and generous on the palate with structure, warmth and a long mineral finish that will surprise anyone.
