Krispel makes their Sekt the proper way. Traditional method, bottle fermentation, 100% Gelber Muskateller from the volcanic slopes of Vulkanland Steiermark. The result is a sparkling wine that has the refinement and persistence of a serious Champagne house alongside the unmistakable aromatic character of Muscat.

Elderflower, citrus and fresh meadow herbs on the nose with fine persistent bubbles that speak of careful bottle fermentation. Dry on the palate with a subtle fruity sweetness that never crosses into sweetness and a lingering finish that makes it a genuine companion throughout the meal rather than just a welcome drink.

Suitable as a filigree and animating companion throughout the entire day, as Krispel's own tasting notes put it.
