White Reserve from Kobal is a skin contact orange wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling and Pinot Grigio, macerated for 47 days with native yeast fermentation and then aged in used oak barrels for 24 months. Bottled unfiltered.

The result is a rich, full-bodied amber white with tropical fruit, spice and a creamy finish that is completely unlike anything else in the range. An elegant mosaic of taste that reflects a special approach to winemaking. For people who want something generous, complex and genuinely different.
