Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is the most serious white in the Kobal range. From a specific plot on the steep marl slopes of Haloze, where 35-year-old vines go deep into the mineral-rich soil to produce concentrated, complex fruit.

The grapes are macerated for 72 hours then fermented and aged for 24 months in French 225L oak barrels. Suitable for ageing up to 15 years. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with the kind of texture, depth and longevity that usually requires an address in the Loire Valley.
