The Penina Brut Rosé is made from 100% Zweigelt using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. Grapes harvested early for sparkling wine production, with short maceration allowing just the colour bleeding from the grape. Cold fermented to protect the primary fruit aromas.

Raspberry and strawberry on the nose with vibrant freshness and excellent balance. Exceptionally fresh with a clear varietal expression. The perfect companion for celebrations with close friends, New Year's festivities, romantic evenings or warm summer nights.
