Natural bubbles from the Haloze hills of Slovenia. This Pét Nat from Kobal is made from Welschriesling and Chardonnay using the ancestral method, bottled before fermentation is complete so the wine finishes naturally in the bottle. No disgorgement, no dosage, just pure sparkling wine as nature intended. Crisp, lively and full of character. Serve cold. Do not shake before opening.
