Sauvignon Blanc from the steep marl slopes of Haloze, made the Roots way. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts only, aged on fine lees, minimal sulphur added only at bottling. No fining. No filtering. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with more texture and depth than most, without losing any of the vibrant tropical fruit and thiol-driven character that makes this grape so compelling.

The Roots line at Kobal represents minimal intervention winemaking with maximum respect for the terroir. Where the White Label is precise and clean, the Roots version is alive.
